Bad manager

My husband and I were traveling through Montana on October 24, 2008. We pulled in to the Arby's in Livingston and ordered several items including the new Mac & Cheeser. There were several people ahead of us who received their food, then several people who had ordered after us received their food. The manager placed a Mac & Cheeser and a Curly fry on a tray and walked away. Several minutes later the manager placed two shakes on the tray. Several minutes later two sandwhiches were placed on the tray. It appeared to be our order so my husband and I finally stepped up to the counter to ask if our order was ready - the young woman working the counter checked the tray and apologized that it had not been given to us - since we had been watching the food and knew it had been sitting there for several mintues we knew everything was cold. We tried to request fresh curly fries and Mac & Cheese. The counter girl tried to get the attention of the manager and was ignored. She apologized because it was taking so long. Finally the manager spoke to us and we asked for our money back. She checked the order and returned our money and said "Sorry" in a very insincere manner. The counter girl asked if we at least wanted the two milk shakes but it was too late. The manager was very unconcerned. Part of the problem seemed to be that no one knew who was filling our order. The manager seemed to be flitting around and half filling all orders, making it difficult for the counter people to know who was working where. Managers need to be there to help not hinder the work of the counter folks.
